Can I entrust my personal data with you?

The HR officer of your company will share this data with us only after we sign a Confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Third parties could not obtain your data without your HR consensus. You can check our Privacy Policy.

II. Switching Employment

If i change from one company to another company, can i still use LuyNow app?

LuyNow app is eligible for staff who are working for our listed partners. So, if you change to a new company that is in our listed partners, you can use LuyNow service with a new LuyNow ID. If you change to a new company that is not in our listed partners, we are sorry that LuyNow is not available for you. You can introduce your new company to partnership with LuyNow.

III. LuyNow Mobile App

Where can i download LuyNow app?

You can download from App Store or Play Store.

Is it free to download LuyNow app?

Yes, you can download LuyNow app for free.

Do I need to have the internet when using LuyNow app?

Yes, you need to access the internet every time you use this app.

Can App work on both iOS and Android systems?

Yes, either system is okay.

How can I first login to the App?

1st: Log in app by using phnom number that you give to your HR officer2nd: Input 6-digit SMS code in your Sim card message. 3nd: Create your own secret PIN Code to request a loan.

What is SMS Code?

SMS Code is a 6-digit code that LuyNow sends into your sim card message to confirm your activation of the mobile app.

What is PIN Code?

PIN Code is the secret code that you create for yourself in LuyNow app to request loan. Every time you request an advance salary, the App requires you to input this PIN Code. REMEMBER: Do not share this PIN Code with anybody. If someone accidently knows your PIN Code, you can contact us for immediate assistance.

What should I do when I forget the PIN Code?

You can contact us for details info about "How to reset PIN Code" .

Can I change to a new phone number?

You can update your new phone numbers in the Profile Section and receive approval from your HR officer.
